Extract(unzip) root file and Odin flash tool
Now turn off your phone put your phone into to download mode by hold vol- button + home button + power key button after hold these buttons you will get a warning on your phone that says "A custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed application if you want to download custom OS press the volume up key otherwise press volume down key to cancel " just press the volume up key to enter downloading mode connect your phone to pc
then run Odin after running Odin you will see light-blue box at the ID:COM that means phone detect
wait for flash complete enjoy root access

How to off FRP and OEM
it's easy to turn off FRP(google account verification) and OEM go straight on setting icon then scraw down on about phone>>software information>>buld number then click 4 times make sure you see message that shows "no need, developer mode has already been enabled" then click back button and find Developer options and click it you will see OEM unlock then click to enable it.
