Download MTK USB driver from here
Download SP_Flash_Tool_v5.824
HOW TO REMOVE/RESET FRP TECNO TECNO CAMON 12 CC6, CC7, CC9
Download the required and Extract(unzip) with WinRar or 7-Zip
Install MTK USB driver from the link given
open SP flash tool folder double click "flash_tool.exe"
Click on choose button Download agent section then select DA file inside extract(unzip)
Now click on the choose button Scatter-loading file section then load and add scatter.txt
After adding da file and scatter.txt all in SP flash tool click on the format button
